1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days depending on location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions, strikes, or courier delays.
  • We ship across India, and international shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on orders above a certain value (as per ongoing offers).
  • A nominal shipping fee applies to orders below the free shipping threshold, which will be displayed at checkout.

4. Tracking Orders

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
  • You can track your order through the courier partner’s website.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to accept delivery, reshipping charges will apply.
  • In case of non-delivery, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Order Cancellation by ABX PERFUMES

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
    • Unavailability of stock
    • Payment issues
    • Incorrect address or contact details
    • Any fraudulent activity suspected
  • In such cases, customers will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refund & Replacement

  • If an order is canceled before shipping, a full refund will be issued.
  • If the order is already shipped, refunds will be processed only after receiving the returned product (as per our Return Policy).
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
