Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • You must request a return within 7 days from the delivery date.
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
  • Used or tampered products will not be eligible for return.

2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service at 8800159445 or email us with:
    • Order ID
    • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you on how to return the product.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are not damaged or defective.
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Opened, used, or altered products.

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

  • A full refund is issued only if the product is returned due to damage or defect.
  • Refunds will be credited within 7 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

2. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer after confirming account details.

3. Exchange/Replacement Option

  • If you prefer, we can replace the damaged product instead of processing a refund with in 7 days
