How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email. You can track your order on the courier partner’s website.

What if I receive a damaged product?

If your product is damaged upon delivery, you can request a return within 7 days. Contact us with your order details and photos of the damaged item.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Can I cancel my order?
